![]() ![]() Officer Fred Scheer was raised in Jackson Twp. He enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dogs, watching sports, and spending time at the beach. Officer McKemey is currently assigned to the Patrol Division as a K9 Handler with his narcotics/patrol dog, Hugo, and explosive detection dog, Oakley. ![]() Since then, he has been a member of the SRT Team, Dive Team, and was a School Resource Officer. In 2004, Officer McKemey became a full-time officer in Medford Township. Shortly after, he was hired by the Burlington County Sheriff’s Department. In 2001, Officer McKemey graduated from the Gloucester County Police Academy. During that time, he began working in law enforcement as a Class II Officer in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. In 2000, Officer McKemey continued his military career with the New Jersey National Guard. After graduating from high school, Officer McKemey enlisted in the United States Army and was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division. Officer Ed McKemey grew up in Collingswood, New Jersey, and attended Collingswood High School where he wrestled and played football. ![]()
